Nice fish. Good to see you're out tossing plugs again! Hope you're healing well.

Good stuff guys. I like flicking through this thread.

Here's one on a goo-goo man copy. I had to copy it as I was afraid to lose the only one I had! He gave it to me at plugfest and I just knew it was going to work.

I was fishing in an area where fish were around but were locked jaw. It was almost frustrating watching them swim by. We threw everything at them including plastic. I tied this swimmer on as it was next in the rotation and on the first cast finally got one to turn. I was pretty excited. Great plug Glen!

JMAC...glad to see your still throwing the howdy. Like I said before not my design...but a great plug.

Here is one of several recent bass on my Dad Bill's needlefish

After seeing all your work at Plugfest Bill really got into the scaling effect that he saw you guys doing so he made this 9 inch 2 1/2 oz green needle. It has gold scaling effect, his signature red throat and a cream belly. Casts really great. Floats and makes a great V wake. I picked up this 31 incher Sunday night and a 28 incher Monday morning. As you may know bass have been tough to come by on the Vineyard lately (also got a 31.99 incher -just under Derby size-on one of his black darters as well 2 weeks ago). His plugs keep producing, still looking for a really big fish on one. Maybe in RI during the MS Surf Challenge next weekend or Tri-State the following weekend. He is working on a few more black darters now, still going strong. He also does micro glitter since he saw that at Plugfest.
This "Hospitality Bass" became filets for the friend who provided the weekend room for me this weekend and 2 weekends ago.

God Bless Stan Gibbs. A clone of his 2.75 oz pencil. A "must have" plug. I was the guy with the camera, not the rod.

The O.d. Mike Pencil.

Mike gave me this pencil during the summer.
First day with it , third cast had my first fish of the morning on it. Had several other smaller fish on it that morning and lost one bigger fish when one of the vmc's straightened.

There are some more pictures out there of fish I caught on it , but I have no idea where they are.

Finished up the season on a high note with this one. Some kind soul took pity on me and brought me along for the ride last week. Absolutely perfect day, great company, and a bunch of nice fish.

This one took a 1.75 oz pollack pencil I made back in the spirng and had pretty much given up on before the trip.

Fish was incredibly fat and fought like hell with the light gear we were using. It pulled the chatillion down below the 30# mark before we revived her, then turned her loose.
