Headlines should read

Wolf pack strikes e-bay again, leaves no bones behind....may as well change the name to rich-bay... it's a shame a common man can no longer collect something he grew up with and likes to use.

no you can't have what I got.

BOAT fish do count.

It was scary what some of them went for! Way out of reach.

You can only go out to e-bay if you need that 1 last widget to complete your collection. People out there get caught up in the bidding and throw money at anything. Sick.

Ebay is not collecting, it is skimming. Collecting is hard work and takes time. Ebay is easy and quick. It feels like collecting, only without the work, which is why you have to pay someone else to do it instead.

Are you referring to any auction in particular? I have been watching the stuff everybody likes but haven't seen a real high one lately. But who knows, could have missed it.... There is always stuff going high on there though. I have at times bought things I really "need" at "above retail"........
