Not an old plug but...

A really old rod.
I was fortunate enough to pick up a vintage Charlie Murat rod with Charlie's sticker still intact. I have several Dave Hammock rods (Charlie's son-in-law) who took over the shop in 72 after Charlie died.
This is my first Charlie rod. 10' 6" very old Lami honey blank. I believe the rod is from the early 60s. Mint condition. Just a few threads loose on the wraps.
I will post a pic later this week.

No boat, back in the suds.

Just heading for the airport. Back Friday and I'll post. Picked it up with a Penn Greenie 700 on it.

No boat, back in the suds.
