This blank was the one I used for the first rod I made. I cut three inches from the tip and it could cast three oz. like it was shot out of a cannon. I still get upset thinking about the day when it broke after a gazillion cast and a 17.60 # 1st place derby bluefish using this rod. I don't need it but someone should snapped this up.
