Some new needles

Some new needles, the large are 8 1/2" & weigh between 3 & 3 1/2 oz., I built these for a fast flowing outflow which holds some decent fish but hard to get to them.

The smaller ones are a 6 3/4" wadds weighing 2 1/2oz.

Here is a test version (experimenting w/ weighting)
The silverside could not resist it!

Testing out a single 12 gram weighted mini wadd, this is not the best casting, but it catches, was only a proto, but it has been producing for me since.

Perfect Glen, but I wouldn't expect anything less.

I still need to get up to the shop to pick up some pointers one of these days, if the invite is still good that is?!

I have seen and felt the weight of a couple of these needles in person and they are beautiful! Perfect for getting down in fast current.

Nice work as usual Glen.

Great looking needles. One of the larger silver sides that I have seen taken on a plug. Over achiever for sure. (not you..the silver side)

They cast great also.
