here are the specs onthe reel directly from the shimano website:

STL-16000F - 28.2 oz. - 6.0:1 gear ratio - 290 yds. / 25 lb.

New Stella reels were built to take spinning tackle to a new level of performance and finish. They feature all-metal construction, including an aluminum frame, aluminum rotor and cold-forged, titanium-lipped aluminum spool for increased strength and durability. Add to that a beautiful finish and gear efficiency for extremely smooth retrieves: you get the Stella, a reel that will exceed all your expectations. The Stella's amazing level of smoothness comes from ball bearings strategically placed in areas of high stress points. Additionally, the spool shaft floats on ball bearings so that is no contact or friction with any other surfaces. This floating shaft feature contributes to the fluid feeling of the drive train as you turn the handle.
