ballerinas, goo goos, handcarves, baby banana & swimmers

Wrapping up my building season with some new builds...

I got a "ballerina master" @ Plugfest from Nightfighter so I had to make a couple with 2 different weighting schemes... one with .25oz belly 2/3 back and one with .25 tail wt and 00 shot just in front of belly hook.

I got a sweet handcarve body from the Greek @ PF so I finished that and made a clone out of basswood. Took me about 2 hrs to shape it.. a labor of love... bandsaw, sureform, small handplane, and sandpaper.

At PF I picked up some Cooper Goo Goo Lips, Bodies, and eyes so I made both the Popper orange belly/yellow top, and a bone Big Daddy

At RISSA I bought a baby banana kit from saltys and will rig it with just one belly (2/0) and a bucktail stub in the back,

At Plugfest I traded for one of Lower's 8" swimmers (looks very Musso like) so I made another and then a small 5" swimmer with one belly

So I think this just about wraps up my building save a few canal pencils and a few polaris poppers ..

Chris, they look great. But that profile in 2nd pic is the TDF spook, not the ballerina.

Ross thanks for correcting me... too bad Pfluger had named their spook type design the ballerina (due to its great dance moves no doubt) but the shape that I thought was a ballerina plug has a tutu and is "on point" so it really deserves the ballerina name IMHO

Chris love the needles! Can I ask what your mix was for that color? Can't seem to get consistance. Thanks

That BI green is a Montana Fluoro Green 6000 rattle can... Montana spray paints are sold at Blicks and Utrecht art stores around Boston...
