Radiant floor heat

Starting a bathroom rehab here at the house. Moving all three drains so all the existing floor tile coming out. What company's products have you worked with? Looking into Schluter Ditra, ThermoTile, and Strata. I have asked the same question of my electrical and tile subs but haven't heard back.

we use Schluter in every bathroom we do. I dont know much about them as I am not usually involved in the install. I know the Matt is Schluter, as for the wiring and thermostat I'm not positive. Every customer loves it.

I went with the Suntouch about 7 years ago in the master bath and it has worked just fine. Thinking of doing the same in the sunken living room with cathedral ceiling. Gets a bit chilly at floor level.
