1,306 sf Condo in South Boston

Well, we're moving to California and I though I would offer the condo before we list it with our broker next week.

Here is the Info:

Two Bedroom, Two full baths both with Jacuzzi Tubs. The master bath has granite counter with a double sink and private toilet with two walk in closets and a washer dryer. There is also an office that could serve as a third bedroom.

Located on Gates Street in South Boston within walking distance to the beach.

Totally renovated in 2005 we were the first people to live in it. It has all hardwood floors with mohagony accents and boarder. Stainless steel kitchen appliances with granite, wine fridge in island and plenty of storage. Gas fireplace with remote in the living room. Roof deck with panaramic views of the boston skyline.

This place is first class all the way with attention to every detail.

565,000 is our price before we give it to our broker. PM with questions.

Steve I do a lot of legal real estate work in Southie. I know a few people who are currently looking too. I will ask around. Place sounds sweet. You gonna leave before the fall run?

Thanks Pete, anything you can do would be a great help. Its looking like I might be there by around mid-September. I'll be doing similar stuff there in commercial real estate with shopping centers. Its a good move but i'll miss it here more than you can imagine.

The boat will stay in Chatham so i'll still get out a couple times a year. My first order of business out there once I can afford it will be to get an offshore boat with a diesel but thats years away at the least.

Sorry to hear you are going Steve. What will I do with all my extra sand eels? Good luck with your move, hope it turns out good for you. Plus no winter.

No parking but the Marion Manner is near by and that frees up a lot of parking so it really isn't an issue.

Well, after a long frustrating battle to sell a place in the worst market ever we got and accepted an offer today. We let it go for 499 at a loss...

Selling a place in this market really sucks.

Bought it in 2005, sold it in 2007.

Buy high and sell low, that's too bad but good luck in California.
