1st attempt

I'm sure most of you will cringe at the sight of this thing, but I grabbed a scrap piece of pine & a utility knife & this was the result. I figured i would try my hand at this to see if it was something I wanted to get started in.

if it wiggles and jiggles and looks like it's livin' or diein' it will probably get whacked...lie Salty said fish don't care what it looks like.. we only put make up on 'em as a sense of pride...

Looks like a jerk bait. I bet you'll have a ball with that. Nice job. Rip that under then twitch and reel it looks like it will act like a darter and give you a nice side to side action.

It doesn't matter what we think...its what the fish thinks that is important. That looks like it will catch and good color too....

catch one bass with it
then frame it as your first plug.
