The pants feel a little looser so I'm hoping for good things tomorrow myself.

Official weight @ 8:30AM
253 lbs.

That makes me -18 lbs.

I can't be too excited, though. I have been here before, too many times actually, and I know that the first 20 are very easy (for me).

it is the next 10 that are the hill i haven't made it over.

we'll see..

I just saw this.My gym reggimend has leveled off the weight but i need dieting also.
I planned to start today anyways. So I will post along with u guys.I can send in a plug if u like or if not i will just play along an use this thread as motivation. My main problem is I'm a carbaholic.Being of Italian origin I can eat a lb of pasta in one sitting.Never mind I have not just one sweet tooth but 28.5 of em(I'm missing a few plus One chipped)So if I cut em back along with the sugar an cream in my coffe an add a more balanced diet of veggies chicken fish,Staying away from pizza an burgers an fries I should be OK.Plus I'm gonna try to qqqqqquit smoking at the same time...
Official stating weight of 279 the heaviest I have ever been...230 is the goal.I haven't been there in yrs.I have gone into the 230's but never made it all the way..
Good Luck everyone.

Down 5.5 - shoulda been more but it is a start.

TDF - Seeing that the game plan is biggest percentage off, wouldn't it be OK for a few Nibby Come Latelys and such as they's be slightly handicapped due to shorter time? Just a thought - you be running this
