U-Mass

Not sure anyone is a fan of Lacrosse but U-Mass is going to the finals of the NCAA, which is a big deal and a first. Great job. P.

Yup, was on the fall squad for the original Garber's Gorillas in '77. Then tore my knee to shreads....... That squad, when sober, could have dominated. Great place to watch a game. Keg taphose just passed through the chainlink fence!
Great to see this year's team getting to the finals! Now to finish the job.

A great win for Umass and for New England lacrosse. I was planning on going to Final Four this weekend, but decided against it. Big mistake..

Lacrosse trivia for you:

A Striped-Bass sponsor was quite a lacrosse player at Washington College.?????

Certainly wasn't me...Garber kept cutting me after three weeks.
Tough to play D1 defense when you're 5'8" and smoke butts!
Freaking awesome game yesterday..too bad I had to shut it off in the third to go to work.
Jack Reid's the man!!!
Go Mass!!!
Later,
Rick
