Jointed Jr. Atom

I have been meaning to post this lure for some time. It was given to me by a neighbor who was best friends with Bob Pond. Has to be a custom in the shop thing directly from atom. What do the experts think?

bet if you took the paint of the back end section you'd find foam...two of his plug's wired together....kind of a neet trick.

BOAT fish do count.

That rear end plug, I have one in a kind of mint green compressed foam with a bucktail treble on it, no lip.

white an blue too...may have one in yellow/red.

I've got a bunch of those rear end plugs. I've seen them in blue/white and solid green. I also have a solid white one with no hooks. I found it that way. It also has a piece of mono tied to it. Not sure it that was meant for anything, but always wondered about it.

Here is a picture of that white one I mentioned.

No hooks, have no idea what the mono was for. Someone had some type of weird rig going.....

i have lots of atoms plugs,,,use to get seconds from a guy,,, charlie was his name,,, never saw a jointed atom swimmer

take your kids fishing
