Joe at Fisherman's Outfitters

Guy is solid. Customer service is beyond comparison. Rectified an issue with a reel today, and I'll just say I am very satisfied. Can't wait to get back up there with a little $$$ in my pocket. He's been busy. SS covered tailwrap is only 60 bucks.... I can't buy the materials for that price. About 100 days til the boat goes back in.....

Don't know them by first name and have only shopped at the Plymouth shop and online. Always a positive experience. Always want to visit the Gloucester shop but rarely make it up that way it seems. Regardless, they know what they are doing...and give very solid advice and have the gear you need. It is fun to walk around the shop but it is hard not to drop big bucks when you go in there. There is just so much stuff you "need" and just have to have.
They do some serious business, probably more than most other tackle shops that size.
