Sorry for not updating the grid earlier in the week - computer issues and as grandpa used to say "busier than a one arm paper hanger."

In at 190.5. Another 25 pounds to go but feeling better every time I see that scale move in the right direction.

Always been interested in P90X. I would like to hear how much time you have to put into it every day and the food plan. Good Luck!!!

Down 3 pounds even this week. Losing this much weight is starting to get expensive, I need to buy all new clothes!

235 pounds total weight loss for the group. Let's try and hit 250 by the end of April. If we all lose 2 pounds this week we can do it. As Kevin Millar said "It's time to cowboy up".

A good week and a bad week. First the good news I ran under 10 minute miles in a 5k road race I did in 28:58. If you told me this three years ago when I joined the portly angler I would have laughed. Not too bad for a short little fat Irish guy in his 50's. The bad news is I gained 2 pounds and I felt like I ate all the right things. Starting to get frustrated any suggestions on trying to lose the next 25 pounds would be greatly appreciated.

Finally in at 188 (remember think short fat Irish guy). Past few weeks have been hard because I have been eating right, exercising hard and not seeing anything on the scale. Nice to finally see some results. As TDF says it is not a diet it is a change of life. Hope some more guys had a good week.
