Inactivity due to sciatica and eating a little crappy with hanging in during theses storms haven't helped with the weight loss. I was able to hit the pool for some swimming that probably helped me from adding some pounds. In again at 181.

Next weekend is TFCTGFN with all that good food, not looking good for a big loss week!

took a week off of exercise and ate my face off due to birthday, valentines and anniversary....cakes, candy, restaurants etc....
no loss...but no gain! 216#
started back at it today....
