I might be lucky if I have something to show two Sundays from tomorrow. Don't think I'll have much for Plugfest but I rather go with less then rush what I got.

Lets see those jointed pikes

These are some Creek Chub inspired jointed swimmer/pikies! I have been wanting these to fish from the kayak for quite awhile now and finally got around to turning a few out! The action on them is crazy!

Nice stuff Larry, I need to try and downsize some stuff for freshwater too . I started doing a little bit of that last year from the kayak, mostly for trout.

I refinished some beaters that have already caught their share.

Darters... This fall I lost a monster in the canal on a red darter George gave me last year. A couple of my polaris's and a Mac Danny (first 'custom' I ever bought)

Nice looking stuff guys. Can't wait to see those pikies painted up. perfect size. I've been running behind and hope to be able to get all the stuff I started ready to bring with me to plugfest. Here's what I have have cleared so far and I have a bunch more painted or in primer.

These are the three sizes of lipless swimmers I've been playing with. The biggest one needs cleared but threw it in just for scale. The smallest one is my crappie (or crappy) paint job.

Some 2 oz spooks.

A magnum sized mag darter copy.

Small flaptail needles.

And the rest are some unrigged swimmers, a small slow sinking baitfish that I have a few more of, and some one of pencils. I did some holographic foil on some stuff and while it looks cool, it's a PIA and I probably am done with it.
