If Obama is re elected?

What are his plans for his second term? What is he campaigning for? Or is he just campaigning against? I still have yet to here what his plans for his second term are.

That's not a plan for a second term. Kind of off topic

By forcing congress to propose how its funded through cuts to other resources or increasing taxes? Sorry I forgot that bill that the Republicans also killed.

I know it was introduced by Maxine Waters, which by itself is almost reason enough to oppose the bill.

To the original post...if Oabma gets re-elected, the GOP will still control the House Of Represenattives, meaning Obama won't be able to do much. Unfortunately, it would probably mean that we can't repeal Obamacare, as the benefits will kick in before 2016.

There also may be a Supreme Court justice or two to retire before 2016, and that's one of the most lasting impacts a President can have.

Don't care about the details. Too much money is already spent on inmates that get better health care benefits than your typical small business owner.
