Flaptail hardware question

Where are you getting hardware? Especially the hanger?
Thinking of doing some Lido Flaptails, though I have never fished one.

you make them Ross they are not available. The flaptails themselves are available from Moore's or Salty's but the other stuff is going to have to be made.
