Son of a #~!@$~@#$%!@#$%@!#$%!#@%

I just learned a BIG lesson. Too frickin hot in the shop and I've felt like crapola all day so I head home on the bike to get paperwork done and cool down. 1/2 way down rt 16 I see a BIG bug comin straight at me. It felt like it went down my shirt and I figured it was just a beetle or somethin.

YEA about 500' further I have to do a serious emergency stop and rip my friggin shirt off. It was a BIG hornet and that sucker got me 9 TIMES. I thought I got it out, never saw it though. I felt through my shirt and couldn't feel anything in there so I figured it was gone. yea I got him out...when I got HOME and he flew away. Son of a beech I hate hornets now my whole stomach is covered in hornet welts

Do you wear a full face or 1/2 helmut? I wear the 1/2. Wait till one goes up under the lid. That's fun too.

Bee stings, rub a fresh slice of onion on it. The pain goes right away.
Soooo why was that hornet so freekin' pizzed at you?

i take benadryl too after any bee or hornet sting otherwise it makes me feel kinda sick...
but of course, i've been stung hundreds of times all at once and have a sensitivity
to the venom now, especially if stung on the head.

The word "hornet" would make a good name for a lure.

Haven't taken any bees yet this year. A pretty good sized beetle damned near took me down the other night though.
