No soup for you???

You can't get a good cup of soup these days! My wife was feeling a little under the weather the other day, she asked me to get her soup. I drove all over western MA for literally an hour and a half before I could find her a cup of chix + rice. I came close at a place that had cream of chix and broc. This was my third stop and at least had chix in it, so I says "yes~!" They say "It wil be 5 minutes or so." I say "OK". After 10 minutes I leave. I kick the wall on the way out and say "It takes 10 minute to ladle a cup of soup that's alraedy in the crock?? " The guy looked at me and mumbled something in Greek. I hate Greek. I hate soup!

The time it took to drive around you could have made it from scratch.....

1 Whole chicken
Celery
Onion
Carrots
Parsnips
Rice
Salt
Pepper
Water

and it would have tasted better too.....

What Larry said.

Also most cloned Golden China type restaurants in W.Mass have Pork or Chicken Yat Gar Mein Soup (Noodle Soup)

Boston Market always has Chicken Noodle soup as well.

If you have a Panera Bread nearby, try theirs.

Whole Foods

Mikey go to a Whole Foods store near you. They always have a great assortment of soups. My wife loves the chix and noodle. Free range chickens too.

Guys - it's Mikey!!!!!!!!!!

Driving around for hours looking for soup - I don't think sooooo.

A few spots on the river in Mass., no luck, 30 minutes south to the dam, nothing, a "quick" run furthur south for a few casts, you know the story.

Oh yea, stop at a few deli's along the way to check for soup.

You're the best Mikey - you tried darling!!
