Hardwood floor refinish

found hardwood under my rugs. easy to do on your own..... or just spend the money to have a contractor do it.

If you can get a decent price I'd let them do it...it will be 5x faster and by the time you rent proper equipment you won't be saving that much...

Get a couple local prices. Ask some neighbors or friends for a referral. Especially about how clean they left the place....

Agree with the mess, overall its a huge difference maker in the look of the house - biggest thing is dealing with the interruption / moving of things out. We were happy with ours and I am down in Melrose if you are interested I can look up our guy. We had a few areas downstairs that weren't perfect so he (the owner) came back himself and put a 4th coat of poly on for us.
