We did a pumpkin beer tasting a while ago and I found the regular Shipyard pumpkin to be average. I had thought it was better in the past. The Shipyard Smashed Pumpkin is good.

I've found the Dogfish Head to be the most consistent, although the limited available seems to have inflated the price.

The best beer I have ever had is Shipyard Pumpkin Head on tap at their brewery in Kennebunkport………….

If you drink it from the bottle, pour it in a glass, much better IMO

Had Smashed Pumpkin for the first time last week, I thought it was much heavier. I prefer the Pumpkin Head.

Good luck finding it. If you do, buy extra!!! It's really hard to get these days. Stores are pretty much sold out.
