Jointed Eel - ID?

I've had this for a while and it was old when I got it....
I looked at the Mureels - this looksclose, but it has decal eyes.
Same type of swivels and hooks as ME. The swim plate is very wide.
It's 9.5" Long

that is the best color they made in that plug imho, and they catch!
