Bit the bullet...

Officially went full Adult this past week and signed my life away for the next 3 years. The truck finally called it quits on Friday July 31st.

Say hello to the new family member. 2005 Mercury Montego. Fully Loaded, 62,300 miles.

Anyone ever own one, or know of anyone?

My brother has had the Ford 500 version of that since new. Same year with AWD. He loves it and I don't recall him ever having any real trouble with it.
Good luck Katie.

I've always liked Ford/Lincoln, especially the 04' Lincoln LS and I was looking at Ford 500's last year. I happened to stumble across this, and kinda just ran with it. It isn't AWD, just FWD. But I think it'll do just fine this winter

Thanks everyone

A good friend of my wife's had one with well over 200,000 miles on it and it was still going strong. Has some body rust but that is to be expected with 200K on the odometer. Good luck Katie.

No boat, back in the suds.

For sure! I'll be taking it up to North Attleboro tomorrow afternoon for a wedding and then to Easton on Saturday for another wedding. It'll be broken in for sure by Sunday
