Yes , we should be having 50 degree days and mostly not freezing at night. Oh well , we just happen to have gotten a couple of cool weeks at the wrong time.

Oh wait , no its global cooling!

Crocuses were already blooming.
Spring is a relative term, but mainly when high temps are consistantly in the 40's, it's spring!

I am a legend in my own mind!

it's like a personal thing
when the first morning arrives
that i hear the ROBIN song
the one that they start the morning with....
that for me... is day ONE
but my weather watch is for when i can more safely
begin using the non heated greenhouse again...

we should be getting another shot of cold air this coming week, normally spring starts sometime after the sox home opener

Temps may not say it but... frogs are peeping.... cardinals are singing their mating songs.. turkey's are gobbeling up a storm and the chipmunks have emerged from their winter slumber....the air though cold.. has that fresh smell about it.. it's spring...

A good run is better than a bad stand!

we should be above average, barely, by the middle of next week, the long range temps from the cfsv2 model is showing the winter queen is not ready to relinquish the scepter any time soon

Got the first sunburn of the year today. Happens this time of the year and I never learn that brimless winter hats don't help the cause working outside.
