Been saying it for 3 years I watched Mike Pratt solo 949 lbs. 117 inches
Total time elapsed 40 minutes from off the ball to back on it with the fish tied off the stb side.
Still blows my mind 3 years later.
His dad fishes solo when out locally most of the time.

45 minutes (what felt like 6 hours). I could have buttoned up the fish in 20 if I had someone with me to drive. First 10 minutes I spent trying to get the fish out of my anchor line. After another 5 minutes of trying to untangle my other line from the fish, I decided to cut the other line. I wouldn't have had those challenges with another person on-board.

I caught a bunch of 60"-65" fish this summer and I knew this one was bigger. I thought for sure the fish was 80". Stuck him and got it on the deck and did a holy sh1t that was close.

I also didn't put a ton of drag on him by myself.
