Norris needles and a squid

Finally got around to getting a picture. These are from somebody that worked side by side with Ernest.

WOW! interesting needles/hook hangers on them....that top needle looks to be a copy of the ones that were made with the hanger wire all the way through to the top of the plug then bent over...as to date no one seems to know who made them.But atleast a doz. or so are in collections who's owners are on this board....those are great

had a new green over white 3 hooker in my hands not long ago....man said it was his fathers and thinks they were a knock off of repala...say what?....gotta be made close by, just to many around to have been made far away.

I'd think you would have to use a very long screw eye in the nose of that beauty to keep from breaking that snout off. Looks like they have something wrapped around it to reinforce it, or is that for weighting? Very cool plug.
I hope Cape Nut Grape has some of those for me to see when I stop by finally. If he does Fred I will measure it up and blueprint it and send you a copy and if he doesn't I will stop by Jim's and measure that one in the pic up

Eddy..it's a steel grommet with tackle box dust on it..no tape...they sit in a heep in a tackle box as I type.

BOAT fish do count.
