yeah your right

but according to this new process
that nanosecond has been increased or decreased doh
hard concept to grasp

with faster light pulses

as described here

Ahhhh, but the speed of light has not changed, just the interval between pulses. This increases throughput (how much you can stuff through within a certain measure of time) but not the speed of light.
