Blackhawk 2" Web Duty Belt

I bought this belt for a secondary surf belt. They sent me the wrong size (L- 38-42), and when I told them I needed to return it, they told me to keep it and give it to someone who can use it, and they would send me a new one for the inconvenience. It is a great looking belt and was very impressed with the construction. I'm looking for $28 shipped.
I'm going to leave it here for the upcoming weekend, and if it doesn't move, I'm going to donate it to the Auction for the Troops. Thanks.
