Old school

Conrad SR soft maple + 7.4 grams + 3 4/0s = 4.2oz barely float.
Jointed eels with credit to MasterLure. Soft maple, mid slot lefty lip, will cut my own out of thinner metal to decrease nose weight next time.

I like the jointeds, that size is works the best for me. It is a go to lure in the rocks.

George those look great. I just built some maple jointed Masterlures, they swam great, but on the pause the nose fell as the plug came to the top. I'm trying the next batch a little thicker with the hook a little farther back. How did yours swim?

Thumbs up

Man-o-man you're killing me with the classics! Those are awesome!
