Ed, there are several ways to do this but they vary from easy to hard. The easiest way is a disk system like a zip drive that can be shared between both machines. The CD in the W95 machine - is it a CD RECORDER? If it is, that is by far the easiest way to go. Does the new computer have a CD Recorder? And if it does is it internal (99%) or external?

John thanks for answering.
The w95 is just a regular cd drive, can't write to it ,the winxp has both capabilities. The drives are internal. THanks Ed
