Few for the Fresh

Hey guy's, I just finished up a few before our Musky season opens next weekend,(Southern portion of the state). The first one is a round nose surfster made from WRC, it is 6" and 2oz. The next one is a handcarved ,detailed and foiled buzz type bait at 5" and just shy of 2oz.

The next ones are resin baits that I have molded. The first one is a jitterbug style, jointed 7" long and 2.5oz painted in a nice black with rainbow pearl flake added to the clear coat. The other ones are my Musky Minnow with lip variations and different color schemes. They are 7" and 2oz. Hope you like them, I can't wait to throw that Jitterbug at low light conditions! Good luck this year, and tight lines to all.

Douglas... you work is so amazing.. I am fishing for walleyes in 2 weeks up on the Raquette river near Saranac lake (Adirondacks)... I bet some of your designs that get down in the water column would do well for walleyes on the bottom of a river with cold spring runoff The jointed black jitterbug is to die for... great craftsmanship

I know I've said it before but your work is amazing.

Great to see some different techniques and styles.

That perch minnow is crazy!!!!

What are you using for clear coat or epoxy?? It looks like glass.

Thanks again for posting.

Chris, the two foil ones, the buzz and the perch are top coated with E-tex. All the others are done with an automotive clear coat.
