Social Distortion

Playing Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom in NH on July 26th and also Lupos in Providence on July 30th.

This is one band I've liked but somehow managed to miss for the last 20 years, so I'm looking forward to seeing them in Providence.

together Kevin at that tent on the harbor. Seems like it would be well worth a look see as I luv both bands. Place is pretty large so I bet you could just go and get tickets there. That is what we did last year for the Zappa concert. Eddie and Matt said they would be interested. Maybe Lawrence would go

John McLaughlin

It's a long ways off but he's at the House of Blues in Boston 11/16/10.
Saw him a few times many moons ago and was blown away at the time. Still sounds like he gets into it.

First moe. show for me this Friday night

Going to see these guys live for the first time this Friday night at the State Theater in Portland, Maine.
All my sources tell me they're insane live. Will report back on Saturday with my findings:

You will not be disappointed. Two nasty guitarists, great bassist. I've seen them twice on NYE and they've never failed. Should be killer. Great venue too. Have fun, Michael

My entire body hurts, but in a good way. By far one of the best shows I've ever seen. Music was so intense at times it felt like you were being lifted off the ground.

Show was general admission, so I ventured down to the floor and watched the second set about 20' out from center stage. It was like standing out in a hurricane...

They're coming to the house of blues in boston on March 3. I'll likely be back for anther round of punishment.

This guy doesn't come around often and is the "real deal" and on Nov 24th he's at the Narrows in Fall River with a great cast. Tix are $25 and I'm sure it will sell out.

oh man I want, got, to go to this. I am going to have to look into this. Is this place a bar or a place to just see music. Pretty close to me too. I'd like to take my 9 year old daughter to expose her to something besides Justin Beiber, whom she saw recently, but if its a bar can't do. She hears it on cd and says nice but live might get her more interested. I'm always trying. Thanks
