I think they have a counter weight problem and the arm is just in the wrong position. they couldn't get it up with two craines. some thing tells me it is in England

nope that is real it's about 5 or 6 years old though I seen it before.

The first one is real,because he didnt use any outriggers at all and he miscalculated the weight of the minivan WITH water inside. the 2nd and third are photoshopped ,look closely and you can see the size and distance doesnt match.
still pretty funny.
