I'm out to due to a reoccurring injury. I am still dieting and doing cardio, but I can't lift like I want to. Good luck to all...

Thought I would give you guys a head start so I am not going to start dieting until tomorrow. Sitting down right now to the wife's meatloaf and mashed potatoes with gravy.

204.5 - Looked a Planet Fitness tonight, the weights looked heavy and the running would just make me tired (quote from Charles Barkley) so I didn't join.

Sorry for doing this so late. Kegger is kickin it. Zacs is off to a quick start. TDF is looking good. Nice job!
It is harder for me when the Pats keep doing well because I eat all the good football game food my wife makes.
This is mostly as of 1-8. I will update tonight or tomorrow when new numbers are in for this week.

In at 204. Went ice skating with the littlest guy yesterday at an MDC rink nearby. Had a blast, got a little exercise in plus it was free, nice to know I get something for my tax dollars. Feet don't move like they used to when I played hockey but it was still a lot of fun.

Is weigh in on Sunday or Monday?

I agree with Zac on this one...I start off great but usually get stuck at some point.

50 crunches each night before bed and I on bent the diet rules for the Tebow game.

292 this am...down five this week

This week is full of danger for me...working road trip mid week and then it's off to Oklahoma to take a competition BBQ class and a meat cutting class. They are feeding us...yeah...I might be in big trouble.

If we could get weights in on Sunday nights that would be great.

Thanks

THAT WAS EASY!

Wow! I made my plug donation of $23 via Paypal using the Donate to S-B function on the front page and it was super easy. I made a note that it was for the portly angler.
I think it took 5 seconds.

I also updated the 1/15 weight table with a few stragglers.

Made Paypal donation on Sunday. Need to get near a scale though I haven't done much. I'm a little bit of a tortoise, ha.

In at 204 - no loss this week and have been eating right. Hopefully it will show in the scale next week.
