So Barry saying he'd let convicts is like saying free Tuition both sound good and bad depending on the facts

on principle its a bad idea to let convicts vote from jail ... but to suggest inmates would influence a national or state election not possible .. town election they could make an impact possible depending on the town

Wayne,between three kids I am spending around 150k a year on tuition. Please help me understand how this is the cheapest part of their education.
