Tons of old fishing stuff coming

One of my old friends, Chet form West Haven is giving me all his stuff to sell. Chet is 85 and cannot fish anymore but he was on the cover of one of the first OTW issues in the surf at Deep Hole.

I am going down to pick up everything next Friday. I should have 1/2 a dozen 10' Lami rods, a ton of fly tying stuff and some great old plugs and old reels.

Once I get it home I will sort it out and post. Just giving everyone a heads up.

No boat, back in the suds.

I live 3 miles from West Haven CT - if that's the West Haven. I can help you carry the loot out to your truck.

5 Surf Rods. 2 spinning Lami one piece 10'. 1 Harnel 11' 2 piece, 1 harnel 10'. I don't have any idea on model # as these are all from the 60s and early 70s. I'll post pics. I'd say 1 of the lamis is 1 to 3oz and one is 2 to 4oz. These rods are "old school' so no reel seats as Chet use to tape his reels on.
I have one conventional with a maroon penn sqidder on it. 10'. I'm thinking of keeping it myself it's so classic old style. If someone wants it let me know.

No kevin.
704Z with extra spools, 704 greenie with extra spools, has the 704 medallion but the rotor cup is aquamarine and the body is dark green,
Penn Jig master with spare sools and a penn sqidder maroon in color with extra spools. Also 3 or 4 Mitchell salt water reels. Don't know the numbers but I think 306.

I'll get into them tomorrow and post pictures.
