Epoxy for porcelian repair

My wife's prized cookie jar (I'm not kidding) has developed two long cracks in the front. They don't go all the way through but it's certainly going to break sooner or later.

I was going to just embed some fiberglass mesh into epoxy from the inside and ensure it's encapsulated well. I'm assuming the epoxy is pretty much food safe once cured...

Will EnviroTex Lite be strong enough for this or should I use regular epoxy? Or for that matter do I need a special food safe epoxy to be sure?

will super glue work? It will look a lot cleaner than a glass and I doubt you can work epoxy into a crack easily

after the repair is done place a container inside the cookie jar for storage of food. The purpose would be to eliminate any force on the inner side of the jar.

Break it all the way thru.
Mix 2 ton epoxy as it should be mixed and coat each side of the break as you would if you were gluing 2 pieces of wood together. Not a mountain of glue, but make sure it's covered.
Press it back together, Firmly, so as much glue as possible squeezes out. Hold it tightly together with masking tape until it drys and precisely trim the excess off with a straight edge razor blade.
It will never come apart again and all you will see, if done correctly, is the hair line crack that was already there to begin with.
I've fixed many a broken plate, lamps, platters, toys etc.....
