Black Sea Bass 25 fish - 12 inch minimum

Cod 20 inch minimum

(Summer Flounder)
April 1 to December 31
17.5 inch minimum size
7 fish per day bag limit
Haddock 19 inch minimum
no bag limit
Pollock 19 inch minimum
no bag limit
Scup Shore and Private Boat
10.5 inch minimum - 25 fish per day
June 1 to Oct 31
Party and Charter Boat
June 1 - Aug 31 - 25 fish
Sept 1 - Oct 31 - 60 fish
Striped Bass 2 fish - 28 inch minimum
(no closed season)
Tautog 16 inch minimum
SPLIT SEASON
May 1 to May 31 (3 fish/day)
June 1 - 30 (closed)
July 1 to October 14 (3 fish/day)
October 15 to December 31 (10 fish/day)
