Here is an updated list of those who will be on hand at the August 25th MSBA meeting which is called "Plug Night II".
Dave "Bassmaster" Manzi will be the featured speaker for the second year of Plug Night. Dave was awesome last year in his "How-To-Build Your Own Plug" presentation and also with his "How-To-Fish Your Plugs" primer. If you missed Bassmaster last year, don't miss him this year. Not only is he informative but damn funny!
Those Plug Manufacturers who will be on hand either displaying/and or selling their plugs will be as follows:
#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^& Lures- Unfortunately, Salty will be unable to make it.

Surface Tension Lures
Guppy Lures
Pauls Custom Lures
The Lonely Angler Lures
More may be added later.:D
Plug Builders who will be on hand selling/displaying will be as follows:

Don "Bliz" will be on hand with the "Plug Project" display and I believe Don will have some new additions to be shown.:eyes:
Marty "Livewire" McGovern will be there displaying his antique lure collection with heavy emphasis on saltwater pluggage.:btu:
There will be a special raffle with the proceeds to benefit the Childrens Hospital in Boston.....prizes are as follows:
GRAND PRIZE: A large Aqua-Skinz plug bag donated by the folks at Aqua-Skinz filled with custom plugs donated by the many builders from this site.
SECOND PRIZE: A Bronco Bag filled with #^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^& Lures donated generously by the one, the only.....#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^& himself.
THIRD PRIZE: A very special pencil popper turned by BigFish and specially painted by TheFishingFreak. If you have not seen the plug go to "Plug Donations for "Plug Night II" thread and have a look.
Tickets are available only at "Plug Night II" and the winner must be present to win. Tickets are $1.00 each or 12 tickets for $10.00.
The MSBA raffle table is always full of great fishing goodies, however as this will be Plug Night.....the table will be filled with, you guessed it.....plugs, plugs and more plugs! Again, many donated by the builders appearing at plug night.;)
Still working on a few surprises for "Plug Night II". So stay tuned and if anyone else would like to get involved, come display their lures/craftsmanship, or possibly donate a plug to the Charity Plug Bag Raffle to benefit Childrens Hospital in Boston, please contact me.:)
Hope to see you all there as it should be a great night and lots of fun! I am sure my eyes will need to be in a cast for 4-6 weeks after looking at all of the pluggage!
MSBA meets at the Viking Club in Braintree at 410 Quincy Avenue. Go to MSBA.net for directions.;):D
