Eat it Raw with a little Wasabi or Soy Sauce


Another way I like it is Blackened. Get Paul Prudhommes Redfish Magic and sprinkle it on Both side of a steak then heat up a cast iron skillet smokin hot and sear both sides, Remember to keep it raw in the middle, Best way. If you have a side burner on your grill you may want to do it outside. It creates a Chit load of smoke.

I put a sideburner on the barbeque this year. It's great for roasting red peppers and all the messy stuff you don't want to do inside. Tried the Proudome stuff <not easy to find> but it was really great. Gonna run out of bluefin soon. May have to fish again...
