first, i find out that a friend's mother was kidnapped, murdered and then incenerated in the Murderer's back yard, then another friend calls up and tells us she has stage 4 Melanoma and has 6 months to live :(


i need a scotch. make that 6, a few tylenol and a tharapist after today.

Wow Eben, what can anyone say to that. I saw the first one on the news. As humans we can be so cruel to one another. I will say a prayer for your friends and their families.

You know what I do when I have a bad day. I am sure it can be said for you to . I go into my 2 year old boys room and tell him I love him and that I will always be there for him. To see the innocence in a childs face can deter any feelings of grief I have.

Yeah I was having a bad day.. after i posted that i re-read it and was concerned that perhaps it was too much of a downer for everyone to read, but i had to vent.

Our friend with cancer had a biopsy yesterday so we will know more soon.

As for the murder thing...yowzas.. right out of a steven king novel...

I clearcoated 30 plugs yesterday and today i turned another 20... mindless repitition is good therapy.

well good news about the friend with the big C... she got her biopsey back and all is much better than expected. She's got a great chance of being around a long time :happy:
