Could it get any worse today
first, i find out that a friend's mother was kidnapped, murdered and then incenerated in the Murderer's back yard, then another friend calls up and tells us she has stage 4 Melanoma and has 6 months to live 
i need a scotch. make that 6, a few tylenol and a tharapist after today.

Wow Eben, what can anyone say to that. I saw the first one on the news. As humans we can be so cruel to one another. I will say a prayer for your friends and their families.
You know what I do when I have a bad day. I am sure it can be said for you to . I go into my 2 year old boys room and tell him I love him and that I will always be there for him. To see the innocence in a childs face can deter any feelings of grief I have.

Yeah I was having a bad day.. after i posted that i re-read it and was concerned that perhaps it was too much of a downer for everyone to read, but i had to vent.
Our friend with cancer had a biopsy yesterday so we will know more soon.
As for the murder thing...yowzas.. right out of a steven king novel...
I clearcoated 30 plugs yesterday and today i turned another 20... mindless repitition is good therapy.

sorry to read this eben . My thoughts go out to your friends family .
some times humans just SUCK !
tynan has a good feel good cure . I hug my kids and tell them I love them when ever I feel bad or mad . It changes everything at least for the moment .
