thats a mako. good eatin size, about 130 pounds.
toss the steaks right on the bbq with a little lemon and pepper and it's awesome, even the wife who hates fish thinks it's good. just like swordfish.
if you've ever seen brielle' swordfish on a menu? it's shark meat.
let the steaks sit in the fridge for a day after you clean the fish to relax the meat or else it will swell up something awefull when you cook it.

Love the taste of Mako, how many other species of sharks can a human eat? Isn't there only like 2-3 total? Thanks,
