I think All Star calls it 1-3 but it will throw more than three. more like a 2-4 and it has backbone. Buy it now while you have the chance.:humpty: Back Beach 08-15-2006, 01:05 PM 2-4 is the sweet spot, but they throw 1oz storms and light plugs pretty well too. The blank will handle 2-4 no problem. Mike P 08-15-2006, 06:35 PM Most rod companies overrate their blanks. All Star was the exact opposite--they rated them very conservatively. Most if not all of the All Star models will throw an ounce or two more than their max rating, safely and without strain. bobfishgerald 08-15-2006, 09:24 PM Interested PM sent.
