Without getting into great detail Dave managed to stop the forward motion of a crowbar with his skull last evening, requiring 13 stitches and likely resulting in one helluva headache. He was confronted and blindsided by someone (said someone since picked up by the Five'Oh) at his home.

In all seriousness, I was told this morning that it was a very nasty hit, but he says he is OK and that it could have been a lot worse.

No it's not Dave, you just catch him when he is alone and deal out a little crowbar justice of you're own. Oh, and make sure you get one with the big hook on the end and pick him up off the ground by his nutsack and see how he likes that ... then whack him in the head with it so he can see how it feels. But give it some time 1st so 5-0 don't come banging on your door.

This way never fails ... record a show or 2 that is on the night you get him and watch them after you do get him and if the cops come you can always say you were home watching t.v. and you'll actually know what happened in the shows so you don't get tripped up if they question you on them.

It should have been you ushering him off your property with the crowbar not the other way around.

2 prior arrests for violence and then this - hopefully he will get some time in jail as he does not seem to have straightened out after the first two strikes against him.

My Grandfather was beaten up while he was a caretaker of a church years ago. The thief there also used a crowbar and he was never quite the same afterwards after taking a couple of shots off his head, so it is fortunate that you were not injured more severely.

Was just reading the Middlesex News about a level 3 sex offender popped for not registering after changing jobs - this guy is 3 years removed from being convicted of using drugs to sexually assault someone (presumably a minor), sexual assault on someone under the age of 14, and a few other equally nasty things - and it looks like he was only in jail 2 years at the most for some pretty nasty stuff. What is wrong with the court system when there is no long sentence to a scumbag like this rapist. My point is that I hope your attacker gets some time as a third time loser, and that the State of RI is different than here in MA when it comes to sentencing.
