Mike P 03-29-2012, 07:18 AM Paul---I have a mint 8500 (USA made) for sale in the SOL classifieds. I was asking $100 for it. If no one bites on it by the time I get back to this thread, and you're interested, I'll take the post down over there. I also have a well used original 750 that looks used, but it's always been maintained. tysdad115 03-29-2012, 07:34 AM If this works for you both I can meet Mike (I work in wareham) and bring it to TCTFN. piemma 03-29-2012, 07:45 AM I don't think he will be able to swing $100 but Mike, how much for the 750? piemma 03-29-2012, 07:48 AM Just spoke with Chris and he can afford $90 for the 8500. He's got a new baby so money is tight. Still interested in a price on a price on the 750. Mike P 03-29-2012, 11:23 AM Tell ya what---I'll do $75 for the 8500 for the new dad. It's basically a new reel. I used it a few times, but there isn't a speck of corrosion on it or a chip in the finish that I can see. The 750 is pretty beat up, cosmetically. I even have the box for the 8500. I'd do $60 for the 750. I closed the SOL thread so there's no need to rush. piemma 03-29-2012, 11:33 AM Done. Ill take the 750afternoon and Chris will take the 8500. We'll get pay Tysdad Sat night. Please ask him to bring both. Posted from my iPhone/Mobile device Mike P 03-29-2012, 11:54 AM Done. Ill take the 750afternoon and Chris will take the 8500. Not 100% sure, but I once had one for both reels. Some stuff got lost in the shuffle when we moved from LI to the Cape. Obviously, they won't do me much good now, if I still have them. piemma 03-29-2012, 01:02 PM Thanks Mike. Great deal for the kid and I appreciate you generosity. You not going Sat to the TFCTFN? Mike P 03-29-2012, 04:38 PM Thanks Mike. Great deal for the kid and I appreciate you generosity. You not going Sat to the TFCTFN? Nope. The wife and I are heading down to LI for the Bruins' game. I married one of the world's biggest Zdeno Chara fans. :D When you can get tickets for $22 a piece, you take the road trip. tysdad115 03-29-2012, 04:43 PM Ill meet Mike tomorrow and bring the stuff Saturday Paul. Happy to help out. piemma 03-29-2012, 04:44 PM Nope. The wife and I are heading down to LI for the Bruins' game.
