The end of an era!

Since 1958 , NASA spending has generated a ROI of 33% annually in spinnoff technology and NASA Patent Royalties which go the the US Treasury , not back to NASA. Many things we take fr granted now like GPS , cell phones and advanced medical technologies would not exist except for NASA R+D discoveries. NASA technologies are licensed out to thousands of businesses and individuals for use in product development and generate further inventions in the private sector.

US citizens spent 8 times more per capita on alchohol per year than they do on taxes that go to NASA , the NSF and other academic R+D combines.
