Caught my first ever tagged fish today! Out fishing with my good friends Bill and Jules (have not seen them in so long) and we caught some nice fish today...no slobs but a solid bite! Also saw many of my old friends and MSBA members!! Gorgeous day from the stunning sunrise to the beautiful lateral lined fishies we boated!

PS-I was fishing from a boat......with live bait! Hope it counts?:rotf2:

Great seeing both Bill and Jules and I must report Bill is fit as a fiddle and the guy is full of piss and vinegar!!!! Chalk today up as just plain fun!!!

Congrats on FUN BOAT fishing! Did you catch the big 3hr blitz?

Yeah but that wasn't that hot???? They would not take topwater with any regularity......we stayed low and seemed to catch more than the boats working the "action" on top?

It was such a nice day today I would say the pick of the summer
